At Phoenix Health & Fitness we understand that the needs of an 80 year old Grandparent, Marine, Athlete and someone simply looking to become healthier will differ, but by degree and not kind.
We scale the programme and movements to suit YOU! We will teach you a huge range of different training modalities. They include Olympic lifting, Power Lifting, Kettlebell Training, Basic Gymnastics, Running and Rowing.
We have some of the best and most knowledgeable coaches in the area, which between our team deliver a full range of strength and conditioning disciplines including; Metabolic Conditioning, Olympic Lifting, Calisthenics, Mobility, Rehab and Nutrition. Many of our members compete in CrossFit & Olympic Lifting competitions, Tough Mudder/Obstacle events and various other Fitness Competitions however we are not an affiliate of any of these organisations.
We are a gym that prides itself in having a community of people unlike any gym you have ever been to.

A coach will guide you through your session and scale anything needed to get you a great workout! FUNDAMENTALS COURSEEvery new member who joins begins with our Fundamentals course. You’ll learn the correct techniques and movements whilst get an intro to everything we do in the gym spread out over 4 x 1 Hour Sessions.
